Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Reporting to: Group Human Resources Director
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Assist and maintain all activities related to HR at group level.
2. Implement and manage the HR system including but not limited to recruitment, training &
development, compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel
administration, counselling & guidance and reward & recognition.
3. Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations.
4. Ensure compliance to applicable Labour Laws.
5. Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.
6. Any other HR Related duties.
Candidate profile:
- Degree: BSC (Hons) Human Resources Management, Masters Level: MBA Specialisation HRM would be an advantage.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in general Human resources
- Good mastery and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
