About Us

We offer holistic wellness solutions through our clinics and teleconsults - covering everything from doctor consultations and vaccinations to developmental screenings, therapies, and parental counselling. Our clinics are thoughtfully designed to separate well-baby and sick-baby visits, ensuring safety, minimal cross-infection risk, and a joyful, child-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct at-home therapy consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development.
  • Conduct assessments using standardized speech-language evaluation tools.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, communication, and oral motor skills.
  • Address concerns such as articulation, fluency, language delays, speech-sound disorders, and social communication.
  • Collaborate with developmental paediatricians, occupational and behavioural therapists for integrated care.
  • Guide parents on home-based strategies and progress updates.
  • Maintain detailed session documentation and updates in clinic EMR.
  • Support therapy package discussions and parent onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Therapy.
  • Registered with RCI or relevant licensing body.
  • 2-5 years of paediatric experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in childhood speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage children and counsel families.
  • Team-oriented with a holistic care mindset.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance incentives.
  • Supportive team culture with peer learning and mentorship.
  • Exposure to diverse paediatric cases in a fast-growing clinical network.
  • Structured onboarding with experienced clinicians.
  • Compensation: ₹65,000–₹90,000 per month (equivalent to ₹7.8–10.8 LPA), based on experience.
