You will guide clients through regular planning conversations, stand up outbound and signal-driven programs, and turn repeatable work into reusable playbooks. This is the first dedicated hire on a new client services line.

What you'll do

  • Hold an initial onboarding session and recurring planning meetings with client leadership.

  • Hands-on experience with modern go-to-market automation and AI tooling.
  • Comfort with APIs, light coding and integrating systems.
  • Technical background shown through a degree and/or prior work experience.
