Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Brendale production facility in a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties

Every day is different and multi-skilling is important within our business. A Forklift Operator may be involved in:

• Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Checking delivery orders and counting stock.
• Moving items and stock around the yard to maximise storage space.
• Receiving incoming goods and accepting deliveries of stock.
• Clearing finished product efficiently to maximise production.
• Picking hardware and timber products for delivery.
• Adhering to all OH&S standards and safe work practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current Forklift Licence (essential).
• Demonstrated forklift operating experience (essential).
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Dogging Licence highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience within a manufacturing, logistics or yard environment advantageous.
