About the role

The role focuses primarily on curriculum development, teacher management and academic administration, alongside English teaching.

You will help oversee a team of 11 expat teachers and work closely with Chinese colleagues to improve teaching quality and support daily school operations. • Assist with academic administration, timetabling, recruitment, meetings and cross-department coordination
  • Monitor teaching quality and student progress, turning feedback into practical improvements
  • Support parent communication, admissions events and international school activities
  • Gradually take on wider divisional management responsibilities
