ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a fast-growing applied AI company as a Business Recruiter, driving full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting leadership and executives to build teams that support the company's growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through offer close.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology backgrounds.
• Partner with recruiting leadership and executives to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.
• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer-closing practices.
• Track funnel metrics, model conversion across stages, and refine recruiting approaches based on results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred.
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including corporate recruiting experience.
• A track record of owning full-cycle searches from sourcing through close, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Experience building pipelines for senior business, go-to-market, or finance-oriented talent.
• Background recruiting for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles.
• Strong communication skills, high initiative, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual base salary is $150,000 to $225,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
