【主要工作內容】
1.規劃與優化商戶數位進件平台，涵蓋申請、審核、開通流程
2.負責產品需求制定、開發進度控管
3.建立自動化KYC審核機制
4.分析商戶進件數據（轉換率、通過率、處理時間）持續優化用戶體驗
5.與法遵、風控、業務及技術團隊合作，確保流程符合金融監管要求
【資格條件】
1. 2年以上金融科技、支付、數位產品管理經驗
2. 熟悉商戶進件流程（Onboarding / KYC）
3. 具備金融基礎知識（如AML、防詐、法遵概念）
4. 良好跨部門溝通與專案管理能力
