What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul units and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently to support quarry production.
• Perform utility duties throughout the quarry, including cleanup, material handling, and equipment support.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report safety, equipment, or operational concerns promptly.
• Support plant and quarry operations by assisting with production, maintenance, and operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and environmentally compliant work area while contributing to team productivity goals.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate or quickly learn to operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial environment.
• Commitment to safety with the ability to follow procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and communicate equipment or process issues.
• Dependable team player with strong work ethic and willingness to support a variety of operational tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
