  • Champion a culture of learning, development and continuous improvement.

About You:

You are a people-focused coach who thrives on developing others and building capability within teams.

You'll bring:

  • A genuine passion for training, coaching and developing people.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • The ability to adapt your coaching style to different learning needs.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • The confidence to work independently while building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Sound judgement and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A willingness to travel throughout Queensland, including regional locations as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver Licence.
  • Ability to travel and stay in regional locations for short periods when required.
  • Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check.

Please note that having a criminal record does not automatically exclude you from employment. Applications will be assessed on an individual basis.
