Responsibilities:

• You will continue to model, maintain, and develop business processes using

SmartProcess

• You will develop, configure, and optimize automated workflows in

SmartProcess

• You analyze and evaluate process interfaces, process dependencies, and process risks
• You are responsible for the central document management system

CTT

• You advise managers and process owners on improvement initiatives as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial or technical training program
• You work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner
• You are accustomed to working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
• You are willing to travel regularly within the CTT Division, including visits to the plants under your supervision for process documentation,

training, coordination, and audit support

• You have knowledge of BPMN or are willing to familiarize yourself with

BPMN standards (BPMN 2.0)

• You have good written and spoken English skills
