About the Role:

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software

development projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and

ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to

work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal

team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring alignment

with business objectives.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and

technical teams.

• Create comprehensive project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and

interdependencies.

• Allocate resources efficiently, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion to

ensure timely delivery.

• Identify potential risks and issues early; develop and implement effective mitigation

strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment

throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders

and senior leadership.

• Ensure adherence to established software development methodologies; recommend

process improvements where necessary.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and capture lessons

learned for future projects.

• Cultivate a collaborative, innovative team culture that supports continuous improvement

and creative problem-solving.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects is essential
• Familiarity with software development languages, tools, and technologies is an added

advantage

• Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them

effectively based on project needs
