  • A hands-on, team-first mindset, with the ability to lead when needed and roll up your sleeves to get the work done. No task is too big or too small.
  • Strong communicator who builds effective working relationships with colleagues and partners across different cultures, geographies, functions, and professional backgrounds.
  • Experience working in treasury, travel and expense processing and management, and procurement.

  • Adaptable: You are comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and responsibilities that may extend beyond a traditional job description.
  • Practical and improvement-minded: You bring high standards without overengineering and look for simple, scalable ways to make the work better.
  • Curious and analytical: You do not stop at producing the numbers; you ask what they mean, what is driving them, and what action should follow.
  • Reliable and discreet: You handle sensitive financial and payroll information with care, sound judgment, and integrity.

Aduna is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are passionate about driving the next wave of innovation in telecommunications.
