About the role

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Document care tasks
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Support dementia care residents with the dignity they deserve
• Handle durable medical equipment (DME) appropriately
• Universal caregiver tasks include dietary, housekeeping, and laundry
• Administer medications per state regulations
• Assess resident health status and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Kansas LPN license
• Understanding the ability to communicate effectively with residents, healthcare team members, and family members
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual resident needs
• Ability to be a team player
