• Perform refractive assessments and diagnostic testing with precision, ensuring accurate measurement and interpretation of results
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, test findings, and clinical observations in compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional standards
• Adhere to clinical protocols and quality assurance procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety
• Communicate clinical findings and recommendations to patients and healthcare team members with professionalism and clarity
• Bachelor's degree (D3) in Refraction or related clinical field
• Current and valid professional registration/license (STR)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in professional communication with patients and healthcare team members
