Hotelier with FM experience is helpful
Drives comprehensive plans on food services.
F&B operations monitoring as per COVID and post COVID situations.
Monitoring menu, employee engagement activities.
Implement innovated ideas to enhance Employee experience for café services
Controlling costs wherever possible, scrutiny of expenses.
Collecting feedback and complaints from employees and implementing the same to enhance service quality.
Managing and training F&B staff.
Coordinate with vendors / clients and ensure smooth operations.
Technology implementation across the activities/operations.
Setting up new cafeterias in upcoming offices, highlight necessary improvements.
