Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of food preparation as instructed by the Chef de Partie in a professional way to ensure quality and consistency, is fully responsible for assigned section
- Ensure quality and freshness of all food preparation
- Ensure work area is always well maintained, clean and organized
- Ensure production is done according to the standard recipes at all times and meets the hotel standard
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Chinese/ Western kitchen
- Junior High School or above
- Excellent language skills in Chinese or English
