German Client Support for Tourism Project

Cross Border Talents is hiring German Client Support Agents to work in one of our Clients in Lisbon for a travel company project , Portugal.

You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual client-facing team and will be working onsite with and alongside internal teams for a leading online multinational company. You’ll be guiding Client-Brands on the effectiveness of their ads - optimizing Marketing campaigns, providing technical support and troubleshooting issues.

• Responsibilities as a Legal Online Operations Analyst:
• Assist customers with booking of hotels, holiday packages and other travel-related services;
• Provide helpful and effective service for both in travel”and post travel questions;
• Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation,

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and German;
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and as part of cross-functional teams;
• Experience with Microsoft Office
