The Customer Strategy Department supports a wide variety of services across the board.

For the further evolution, we seek for a new member who can take the lead in our character business strategy.

You are required to consider business in a broad filed. Planning and promotion of license business, media contents, expanding the promotion into the real, collaboration with Rakuten brands, sports IP (such as FC Barcelona, Rakuten eagles and etc.), and various services that Rakuten provides.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• business experience of planning/ alliance sales / service operation in character related business for more than three years
• IP related knowledge
• interests in "Okaimono Panda"

Desired Qualifications:

• experience of brand management
• experience of strategy planning/promotion of license business.
• experience of planning/development of goods.
• experience of digital marketing
