REDEFINE WELLBEING
Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company: top of the FT1000, top of the Sifted 100. We've grown from £1m to £100m+ in under three years with a lean, talent-dense team and day-one founder intensity.
We're operators, engineers, athletes, former and future founders redefining what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.
We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter.
The next chapter is harder and more interesting. We're moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, from curating wellbeing to defining it. We're building the world's best health team.
We’re looking for a high-agency Product Designer to take our web experience to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of how consumers discover and engage with curated, personalised wellbeing at scale.
You’ll be joining a high-performing product and engineering team improving product discovery, reducing friction and boosting conversion across the full user journey- from collection and PDP pages to our quiz and subscription portal, while ensuring the Healf experience feels personal, actionable and deeply human.
This role is ideal for someone with strong UX and UI design skills, an eye for clean, scalable UI, a sense for what drives conversion and a genuine passion for building a better experience for our users. You don’t need to have worked in wellness or FMCG but a solid foundation in eCommerce, CRO and design systems is key.
We’re looking for a designer that embraces AI in their processes from research through to prototyping. We’re interested in the outcomes you’ve actually affected, not the arbitrary use of AI to tick a box or impress a stakeholder.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Lead UX/UI work across core surfaces of the Healf website
- AI tooling for the e-com product design team, working closely with developers to build systems and workflows that take design from concept to production ready code.
- Design systems and unification of components across platforms
- Design personalised experiences that help users find what they need (and didn’t know they needed) faster.
- Develop creative solutions to reduce friction and drive conversion
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution
- Play a key role in evolving our cross-platform design system to support consistent growth
- Conduct user research and experimentation to validate and refine design decisions
- Set a high bar for craft, detail, and performance in everything we ship
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU
- Bring experience of designing products in eCommerce, DTC, consumer tech, or health & wellbeing
- Know how to turn messy, ambiguous problems into elegant, usable experiences
- Have a sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and UX clarity- and understand what converts
- Are confident owning UX/UI end to end, from whiteboard to final polish
- Are familiar with CRO practices and improving performance across conversion funnels
- Have experience working with (or contributing to) design systems in Figma
- Collaborate well with engineers and can speak dev-friendly language when needed
- Are proactive, independent and excited to take ownership of large surfaces
- Are energised by building new things that help people live healthier, better lives
THE DEAL
We ask for full ownership and a genuine commitment to give this chapter everything you have. In return, we'll give you everything we have, invested in your growth, your wellbeing and the defining skills of the next decade.
We've built the fastest-growing company in Europe with a team small enough that every person in it shapes the outcome. If that's for you- hit apply.
