Global Sponsors & Fund Finance, Structured & Project Finance

As part of our Global Sponsors & Fund Finance team within Structured & Project Finance, you will play a key role in originating new business and building strategic relationships with the Bank's target Global Sponsors. You will help expand our fund finance franchise while deepening relationships with leading private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private credit investment platforms globally.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Build, manage, and deepen strategic relationships with leading Global Sponsors and private capital firms.
  • Originate and execute fund finance transactions, including subscription facilities and other structured financing solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow wallet share, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the Bank's franchise value.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the private capital ecosystem, including infrastructure, digital infrastructure, energy transition, real estate, and private credit sectors.
  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers and product teams to manage end-to-end credit processes, including transaction screening, due diligence, credit proposal preparation, internal approvals, legal documentation, implementation, and portfolio monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development of the Bank's private capital coverage and fund finance strategy by identifying new products, sectors, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across business lines, geographies, and senior stakeholder groups to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

What We're Looking For

You bring a strong combination of relationship management, business origination, credit expertise, and transaction execution capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Fund Finance, Sponsor Coverage, Leveraged Finance, Infrastructure Finance, or Structured Finance.
  • A strong network and proven track record covering leading private capital firms, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private credit managers.
  • Demonstrated experience originating and executing complex lending transactions, including subscription facilities and other sponsor-backed financing structures.
  • A solid understanding of fund structures, limited partnership agreements, institutional investor landscapes, and private capital markets.
  • Strong credit and financial analysis skills, with the ability to assess complex transaction structures and identify appropriate risk mitigants.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate finance, banking products and services, credit processes, and loan and security documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives, investment professionals, and internal stakeholders.
  • A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives independently.
  • Commercial acumen, strong execution skills, and a results-oriented approach to business development.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and regions.

What we offer:
