Global Head IT Business Partner & IT Project Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a global IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Management and prioritization of the global IT demand and project portfolio
• Leadership and development of international teams in IT Business Partnering and Project Management
• Translation of business requirements into scalable IT solutions and ensuring their successful implementation
• Establishment of efficient processes, governance structures and standards to continuously enhance the global IT organization
• Responsibility for stakeholder management, resources, budgets and risks as well as driving innovation and harmonization across the global IT landscape

Qualifications:

• Several years of leadership experience in international IT organizations with a focus on business partnering, demand management, or portfolio management
• Proven success in leading and developing teams within global matrix structures.
• Ability to translate business strategies into effective IT initiatives and sustainable business success
• Strong skills in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a strong drive to shape the future
• Confident demeanor, persuasiveness, and a passion for actively driving change
