Angle Finance is a leading non-bank asset finance company operating in the rapidly growing intermediary asset finance market. Our signature is Faster, Easier Finance, provided by consistent, predictable and reliable service propositions in everything we do.

Our people make us remarkable. So we’ve built a culture of empowerment, enabling our people to make decisions that drive our speed, our agility, and our ability to see things from different angles.

We offer flexibility, giving our people freedom and tailored support to develop their professional interests beyond their immediate roles, leading to more satisfying careers. We also offer a hybrid working arrangement.

At Angle, different backgrounds, perspectives and life experiences of our people are celebrated. Our aim is to create an inclusive workplace where we foster diversity of thought, and every person feels a sense of belonging.

As a Collections Specialist at Angle Finance, you will manage an assigned portfolio of overdue accounts, helping reduce arrears, maximise recoveries and support fair customer outcomes.

You’ll engage with customers to understand their circumstances, negotiate suitable payment arrangements, monitor follow-up activity and identify when matters need to be escalated for hardship, dispute, asset risk, mercantile or legal recovery action.

This role suits someone who can balance empathy with accountability, communicate clearly, manage a busy portfolio and make sound decisions in a fast-paced collections environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in collections, recoveries, financial services or customer account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess customer circumstances, payment behaviour and account risk.
  • High attention to detail and accurate account documentation.
  • Ability to balance customer outcomes with commercial priorities.
  • A collaborative style and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team.

Experience in asset finance, commercial lending, hardship, mercantile recoveries or legal recoveries will be highly regarded.
