Funciones:
- Responsable de atención en primer filtro a llamadas de clientes en el área de refacciones .
- Responsable envio de cotizaciones a clientes.
- Responsable de recepcion y registro de ordenes de compra a clientes.
- Mantener actualizado el correo de refacciones, de los clientes según correspondan.
- Dar soporte al area de Servicio referente a stock, dudas, entre otros.
- Backup.
