Electrical Project Manager
Salary Range: $7,000 - $9,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical subcontracting projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Monitor manpower deployment, materials, project costs, and resources.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical requirements, and resolve site issues.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays, and site constraints.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
• Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, relevant Singapore electrical standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and guide site teams, supervisors, and workers to achieve project targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in electrical construction or subcontracting.
• Experience in managing electrical installation works and coordinating with main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and manpower planning.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage site teams, supervisors, and workers effectively.
• Good knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
