• Independent setup and operation of our modern CNC lathes and manufacturing of precision parts in accordance with drawing specifications and inspection requirements
• Machine setup based on technical drawings and independent execution of tooling and setup activities
• Ongoing quality inspection of our products and documentation of all completed work
• Ensuring compliance with all requirements related to occupational safety, product quality, and environmental management
• Completed training in a metalworking profession, ideally an apprenticeship certificate in machining technology
• Several years of professional experience as a CNC lathe operator in a metalworking company
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong quality awareness, highly precise working style, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2.770 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
