The Posting

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the acquisition and onboarding of new partner organizations and manage those relationships over time. Shape the outreach approach and the playbook behind it, take the most senior conversations with larger accounts, and work side by side with company leadership. As the function matures, the role grows into hiring and managing a team.

What you'll do

  • Manage a share of the partner pipeline from first outreach through onboarding and ongoing account care.
  • Design and run an outbound outreach program aimed at event and entertainment organizations and venues.
  • Build and refine a repeatable playbook for winning new partners.
  • Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations, and guide strategic discussions with large, multi-property accounts.
  • Work with leadership on supply strategy, pricing insight and which segments to prioritize, and pass market feedback to product and engineering.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and networking dinners.
  • Take responsibility for pipeline, onboarding pace, content quality and closed deals, and later recruit and lead a team.

  • Solid grasp of how sports and live-event organizations generate revenue and how their sponsorship assets are packaged and priced.
  • A ready-made set of relationships with senior decision-makers in the industry that you can tap right away.
  • An operator mindset, with the ability to own a relationship from start to finish.
  • Compelling storytelling skills for explaining a new kind of platform to senior commercial leaders.
  • High agency and comfort with a demanding standard and a fast pace.
  • Real, personal engagement with the industry community.
