【資格條件】
1. 工作經驗需求：
- 8年以上企業財務分析、企業併購/出售、資本結構規劃、財務模型建置、及企業財務顧問經驗
- 精通資本市場運作、投資人群體屬性
- 熟悉交易架構設計、法規與法律遵循要點
2.學歷要求： 大學(含)以上畢業，財金與商學相關科系尤佳
3.語文條件： 英文聽說讀寫能力流利精通
