Dental Assistant- Spanish Speaking

Pay Range: $30 - $32/hr | Schedule: Monday – Friday (Daytime Hours, No Weekends)

Start times can vary from 6:00am-7:30am depending on schedule

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Chairside Assisting: Work side-by-side with Dentists and Hygienists during general dentistry procedures.
• Digital Radiography: Take high-quality X-rays using digital imaging technology.
• Patient Care & Education: Ensure patient comfort and educate families on hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Mobile Equipment Setup: Transport and prepare state-of-the-art portable dental equipment and supplies.

Our schedule details include:

• Shift Structure: 4 days a week, 10 hours a day.
• Day Off: Varies weekly based on operational needs.
• Start Times: Range between 6:00 AM and 7:40 AM, based on our PACE programs.
• End Times: Typically between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on when the team finishes and returns to the office.

Schedules are posted for the full month in advance so team members can plan their personal schedules accordingly.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Active State Dental Assistant Certification (DA, CDA, EFDA, or EDDA)
• X-Ray / Radiology Certification (RHS)
• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and comfort driving a company minivan (age 25+)
• Ability to safely lift and transport portable dental equipment (up to 40-50 lbs)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to geriatric and special needs patient care
