About This Role:

Vivrelle is seeking an Associate, Logistics to play a critical role in its continued growth. Reporting directly to our Manager, Operations, this role will be responsible for Vivrelle's inventory and client experience, spanning our inbound or outbound team, and is vital to supporting our large and growing member community.
At Vivrelle, our operations team is the heartbeat of the company. As the final touchpoint before our products reach members, the team is responsible for carefully preparing each order and ensuring every product meets our highest standards of quality and condition. From accurate shipping details to meticulous inspections and thoughtful packaging, our operations team ensures that every piece arrives in pristine condition, reflecting a luxury experience.
If you are interested in fashion and accessories, this role is especially exciting. You will gain hands-on experience with designer pieces while learning about quality standards, operations, and the inner workings of the luxury fashion industry.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Take part in the inventory lifecycle: receiving and organizing incoming shipments, accurately tagging and logging returned items, and maintaining up-to-date records across all tracking systems.
  • Inspect products for damage, cleanliness, and quality standards, flagging items for repair or removal and updating the repair sheet as needed to prepare items for reactivation.
  • Clean, pack, and prepare all member orders for shipment, ensuring items are in top condition and shipping labels are accurately created and applied.
  • Communicate and escalate issues as needed, including missing parts, damaged items, and return-to-sender packages, while coordinating with internal teams to address order delays and prevent fraud.
  • Handle RFID bag processing, including labeling, storage, and usage tracking, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold brand standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail to ensure every item meets quality standards
  • A customer-focused, brand-conscious mindset
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and contribute to smooth operations
  • Hands-on, flexible approach, ready to step in wherever needed
  • Comfort working with technology in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • 1–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or related operational roles preferred
