Page Insurance is an equal opportunity employer.

$18–$22 an hour · Monday–Friday, 8:45 to 5:00 · No nights. No weekends. · 30 paid days off your first year.

If you've worked a slammed restaurant floor, a bank line or a busy front counter and liked the rush, I want to talk to you.

I'm John Page. My dad and I started Page Insurance in Idaho Falls in 1999. You'd be the first voice on our phones and the first face at our door at 365 Park Ave. No insurance license needed. If you want a career, I'll pay for your license and train you.

What you'll do all day

  • Answer the phone, a lot, within three rings.
  • Greet everyone who walks in.
  • Find out what each person needs and get them to the right teammate.
  • Book appointments and call-backs.
  • Type short, accurate notes while you talk.

This fits you if

  • You've spent at least a year in a job with customers all day: serving, retail, a front desk, a call center, a bank.
  • You stay calm and kind when someone is upset.
  • You can be in the office every day, Monday through Friday. This is the front door, so there are no remote days.
  • You want more than a job. Get licensed and there's a path to account manager or agent.

If you'd rather work heads-down without interruptions, this isn't your job, and that's fine.

What you get

  • $18–$22 an hour, depending on experience.
  • 30 paid days off in year one: 10 vacation, 7 sick, 13 paid holidays.
  • SIMPLE IRA with an employer match of up to 3% once you're eligible.
  • Your insurance license paid for, and training to use it.

How hiring works

  • Apply. It takes about three minutes.
  • A 15-minute video call with me (Google Meet – a phone with a camera is fine).
  • One visit to the office: an interview and a short role-play on the phones.
  • An offer. Start to finish, I try to keep it to about a week.
