M&A Partnerships Associate (Hybrid)

Duties and Responsibilties

• Day to day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing new acquisition targets for M&A strategic initiatives of EPWA.
• Managing outreach to RIA firms across multiple geographies
• Planning and coordinating initial calls and meetings
• CRM management
• Other transaction and team responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-4 years working experience in a (outbound) business development role; Financial Services industry highly desired
• Demonstrable history of successful business development results
• Experience with RIAs and Financial Advisors desired
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in CRM, PowerPoint, MS Office
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent sales capabilities and communication skills

Location: Preferred locations are Chicago, NYC, or Torrance, CA.
