We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claim Insurance Professional with at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing and management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance claim procedures, documentation, verification, and settlement processes, along with the ability to assess claims accurately and ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and established procedures.
• Examine claim forms, supporting documents, and other relevant information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assess claim eligibility, validate coverage details, and identify discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, surveyors, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate claim processing.
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely follow-ups for pending documents, approvals, and settlements.
• Investigate irregularities, inconsistencies, or potential fraudulent claims and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate claim records, case notes, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Respond to customer queries regarding claim requirements, processing status, and settlement procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations, internal policies, and service-level timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve claim processing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance claims processing, claims administration, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims procedures, policy coverage, documentation, and settlement workflows.
• Ability to review and validate claim documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple claims, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work with claims management systems.
• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work from Ahmedabad or Surat.
