What You’ll Own
Lead the daily operations of the BDC so every lead is worked quickly, professionally, and consistently
Build and refine processes that drive more quality appointments for both sales and service
Coach, train, and motivate BDC representatives to hit (and exceed) individual and team goals
Own the numbers — track KPIs, spot trends, and continuously improve conversion and customer satisfaction
Partner closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing so leads never fall through the cracks
Set the standard for how clients are treated from the very first contact
What We’re Looking For
Proven BDC management experience (automotive preferred)
Track record of leading a successful team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong coaching ability and comfort holding people accountable
Excellent communication skills and solid CRM proficiency
Customer-first mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships
Analytical, organized, and able to turn data into action
