The Posting

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Write production code focused on the signup, onboarding and conversion experience of a developer-facing product. Own funnel outcomes by instrumenting user journeys, running experiments and shipping improvements across the frontend and backend.

What you'll do

  • Own the signup, activation, onboarding and conversion surfaces from start to finish.
  • Instrument the user funnel and track the metrics that matter.
  • Design and run experiments, then ship the changes that move those metrics.
  • Build full-stack features, from the first interface a user sees to the services behind it.
  • Form hypotheses from data, test them and iterate quickly on what works.
  • Take accountability for activation and conversion results as a personal target.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript, Node and React.
  • Background on growth or product-led products, with ownership of signup, activation, onboarding and conversion surfaces.
  • A record of measurably improving a conversion, activation or funnel metric.
  • Hands-on experience building with large language models in production, including prompting, tool use and inference pipelines.
  • Experience shipping at a developer-tools or SaaS company.
  • Comfort being measured on outcomes and a habit of shipping, measuring and iterating.
  • Real experience running A/B tests, including what you learned when results were unexpected.
  • A history of staying with work long enough to see it through, shown by meaningful tenure.

Bonus points

  • Experience with developer-facing products such as SDKs, playgrounds, documentation surfaces or APIs.
  • Experience shipping in-product growth features like onboarding, upgrade flows or in-product guidance.
