The Posting

Welcome to Ability Action Australia!

Every day and in many ways, we help people to achieve their goals. This is as true for our NDIS participants as it is for our employees! We prepare our people for the next step in their careers through career mapping, peer coaching and comprehensive leadership training. We celebrated 60+ internal promotions last year alone!

What's in it for you?

Our seniors empower our clinicians while inspiring the kind of creative thinking that leads to the positive success stories we hear from our participants every day! You will...

  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s
  • Provide complex therapeutic interventions
  • Supervise and mentor junior clinicians
  • Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.

As you support many, we support you. We offer:

  • Flexibility – Option to work part-time (3 or 4 days/week) or full-time; negotiate the days and hours you would like to work on a part-time basis to suit your life outside of work
  • Excellent remuneration – Industry leading salary + annual car allowance + laptop + smartphone + salary packaging options + financial incentives for reaching and exceeding targets
  • Work-life balance – Combine the convenience of working from home with the social interaction of working in the community and support of hours in the office and at the clinic
  • Career progression – Access to ongoing training tailored to your interests and long-term goals combined with professional development opportunities with Ability Action Australia and our parent company MedHealth
  • Passionate and uplifting culture – You will be part of a purpose and values driven team focused on delivering outstanding service to our clients
