What we’re looking for

• Previous leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality venue
• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
• The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance
• A hands-on leadership style
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Current RSA, RSG and relevant qualifications for the role
