Solutions Engineer, Implementation & Delivery

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own post-sales technical implementations from discovery through go-live, coordinating customer relationships, integrations, configuration, and handoff.

What you'll do

• Scope customer workflows and turn them into implementation plans.
• Configure integrations, troubleshoot API data flows, and support data migrations.
• Manage multiple simultaneous deployments through testing and launch.
• Coordinate delivery with sales, customer success, product, and engineering.
• Build reusable playbooks and onboarding templates.
• Travel to customers for implementation work and relationship building.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 3 to 7 years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical account management.
• Ownership of complete post-sales SaaS implementations and customer relationships.
• Experience managing concurrent deployments on complex or configuration-heavy products.
• A technical undergraduate degree.
• Ability to independently scope and troubleshoot APIs and data flows.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points

• Data migration, SQL, or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Technical product management or consulting experience with hands-on implementation delivery.

• Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year.

Location and work model
