ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first dedicated enablement lead for a recruiting delivery team, you will shape how talent professionals are onboarded, ramped, and continually developed. You will partner with team leaders and experienced practitioners to turn effective recruiting practices into repeatable programs that support team growth and hiring outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and run onboarding that helps new team members progress from their first day to their first placement and a full book of business.
  • Build ongoing training through live sessions, coaching, playbooks, certifications, and refreshers on core recruiting practices.
  • Develop training for different recruiting verticals with senior practitioners, defining strong practices and sharing specialist knowledge across the team.
  • Set quality standards for intake calls, role requirements, candidate submissions, and hiring manager relationships.
  • Organize team knowledge into useful, reusable learning materials and keep them up to date.
  • Coach team members to strengthen their recruiting expertise and influence with hiring stakeholders.
  • Track ramp time, quality, and placement outcomes, then improve programs based on the data.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Four to seven years of experience building enablement or learning and development programs for sales or recruiting teams.
  • Experience owning enablement programs end to end, ideally in an early-stage company or as a founding program builder.
  • Background in recruiting, hiring, or HR technology, with the ability to build fluency in recruiting practices.
  • Experience supporting teams of 15 or more individual contributors and working closely with team leaders and high performers.
  • Experience measuring learning outcomes, including ramp time and quality metrics.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, call review tools, analytics, or AI-enabled learning systems is useful.
