Mid-Market Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI productivity company as a Mid-Market Account Executive, converting qualified inbound opportunities into customers. You will guide prospective customers through consultative sales cycles and help shape the product as it develops for enterprise use.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Convert qualified inbound pipeline through consultative discovery, connecting customer scheduling challenges to the product's capabilities.
• Manage 30-day pilots with groups of up to 10 people and lead deals from demonstration through close, typically over 45 to 60 days.
• Identify use cases across recruiting, sales, and executive scheduling through in-depth prospect conversations.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales by clarifying the roles of buyers, end users, and decision-makers.
• Share customer feedback with engineering to inform the product roadmap and enterprise readiness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, including mid-market contracts with $20,000 to $100,000 ACVs.
• A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota, with experience converting inbound opportunities or working beyond a purely outbound sales model.
• Experience with sales cycles beyond long-cycle enterprise deals, and a track record demonstrating commitment in recent closing roles.
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $150,000 annually, with uncapped commission and equity. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with four days per week in the office and one remote day.
