About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take on a wide-ranging generalist operations seat that blends administration, internal automation, revenue-team support, hiring coordination and supplier relationships. Report directly to company leadership and pick up high-stakes projects as they arise.

What you'll do

  • Run the company's daily operating rhythm, including internal processes, workplace logistics, and sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Handle initial candidate conversations for sales hiring and guide that pipeline through to handoff.
  • Design and maintain AI-assisted internal workflows, creating new tooling when needs emerge.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative foundations, including policies, filings, contracts and supporting systems.
  • Manage sales operations, including CRM upkeep, pipeline reporting and the infrastructure the revenue team relies on.
  • Plan and execute conferences and events from early planning through on-site delivery.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Around 1 to 3 years in a generalist or operations-oriented role such as consulting or chief of staff; exceptional recent graduates with demonstrated breadth are also considered.
  • A high-ownership mindset and willingness to take on work of any size, from routine tasks to complex, leadership-level projects.
  • Excellent spoken communication, including the poise to handle difficult conversations and run candidate screens independently.
  • Ease working without detailed direction while priorities shift quickly across several business functions.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining internal workflows with AI tools.
  • Strong business judgment and a track record of dealing with suppliers on terms and relationships.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for in-person work.

Bonus points

  • Early-stage startup experience.
  • Exposure to sales operations or CRM administration.
  • Experience organizing conferences or events.
  • Familiarity with compliance workflows such as security audits, contract review or corporate filings.
  • Experience supporting a founding team in a broad operator capacity.
