A busy, results-driven North Jersey law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who knows how to keep cases moving and attorneys sharp.

What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys with personal injury case management
- Organize and maintain case files from intake through resolution
- Coordinate:
- Depositions
- Hearings
- Medical records and documentation
- Communicate with clients, providers, and insurers
- Assist in preparing legal documents and trial materials
Requirements
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Filevine (highly advantageous)
- Bilingual skills (a strong plus)
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
