- Manage full plaintiff PI caseload (car accidents, slip and falls) from intake through settlement
- Strategic case investigation, medical record analysis, case strategy
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Compassionate bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) client communication
- Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, lien negotiators
