The Posting

At Endeavor, we’ve built our continued success on a simple formula. Approach every relationship with integrity and treat every project like it’s in our own backyard. With this formula, we’ve grown steadily since 1999, through some of history’s most turbulent market conditions. It’s the foundation for projects that are built to last, and for a company dedicated to the needs of property owners, investors, tenants, and the community. It’s doing the right thing, for the right reasons. It’s our Endeavor.

As the Vice President of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing capital for our real estate investments. This includes building and managing relationships with lenders, negotiating joint venture and loan documents, overseeing transaction closings, and projecting an investment’s capital strength. The VP will play an integral role in the overall vision and strategy of the company’s growth. This role will report to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and structure debt for real estate investments, both development and acquisitions
  • Develop and maintain investor and lender relationships
  • Manage the transaction closing process
  • Review and negotiate loan documents
  • Review and negotiate partnership/joint venture documents
  • Review and approve construction draws
  • Forecast capital needs and oversee capital compliance throughout the investment period
  • Lead and implement internal investment-level capital processes across multiple divisions

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience sourcing, negotiating and closing debt for real estate investments on the principal side of a commercial real estate firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field and at least 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; CPA and/or MBA are preferred.

Work with one of the most active real estate developers and service providers in central Texas. Endeavor Real Estate Group is a growing company offering a professional, innovative and collaborative work environment.
