• Raises and manages quality complaints to suppliers caused by issues raised or detected by customers or internally
• Conducts internal analysis of the supplier's faulty part
• Follows up and closes complaints after accepting 8D and closing CONCs, including administrative costs
• Provides support in creating and updating relevant procedures
• Requests, monitors, archives, and approves Product Change Notifications (PCN), Production Part Approval Process (PPAPs), and Part Submission Warrant (PSW)
• Monitors and follows up on central on-hold areas with supplier-related issues
• Controls the special characteristics of the processes or products in the area of responsibility
• Regularly reviews the control plan
• Is responsible and accountable for International Automotive Task Force (IATF) preparation and audit findings for their responsibilities within the department
• Is authorized to stop production or dispatch to mitigate the risk of non-conforming processes or products
• Level of Education: Engineer
• Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
• Experience : 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry
• Language : French and English are mandatory
• Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
• Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
