About Gridware
Gridware is a San Francisco-based technology company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the electrical grid. We pioneered a groundbreaking new class of grid management called active grid response (AGR), focused on monitoring the electrical, physical, and environmental aspects of the grid that affect reliability and safety. Gridware’s advanced Active Grid Response platform uses high-precision sensors to detect potential issues early, enabling proactive maintenance and fault mitigation. This comprehensive approach helps improve safety, reduce outages, and ensure the grid operates efficiently. The company is backed by climate-tech and Silicon Valley investors. Responsibilites

  • Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs, from scoping through delivery and handoff.
  • Define program scope, milestones, owners, and success criteria, and keep them current as priorities shift.
  • Drive a portfolio of strategic programs across growth, field operations, and product lifecycle.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, surface trade-offs to decision-makers, and unblock teams.
  • Turn what we learn from each program into repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools the company can reuse.
  • Build clear program visibility, including dashboards, status reporting, and executive updates, so leadership always knows where things stand.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear plans and concise recommendations.
  • Comfort working with field, hardware, and technical teams, and technical leaders.
  • Ability to build structure and process where none exists yet.
