We’re looking for a skilled, caring Orthodontic Assistant to join our fun, patient-focused practice. If you’re a motivated team player with orthodontic or dental assisting experience and a passion for helping others, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Orthodontist during exams and treatments to ensure each patient receives top-notch care.
• Prepare and maintain operatories and equipment — keeping things organized, clean, and ready to go.
• Assist with orthodontic procedures such as placing/removing wires, bands, and retainers.
• Take digital scans and help fabricate custom appliances and retainers.
• Educate and support patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
• Keep accurate treatment notes and collaborate with your teammates to deliver amazing results.
• This role helps support our Bartlett and Cordova clinics 2 days a week at each clinic.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have a current Orthodontic Assistant license
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, tools, and terminology.
• Positive, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills.
• A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team.
