We’re dedicated to acknowledging our history even as we look to sustainably feed the future – and we’d love you to join us.

As a Home Tutor, you'll play a vital role in shaping young minds and providing educational support. Beyond the classroom, you'll also take on a variety of general station duties, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. • Supervise children safely in all settings, using sun-safe practices and following established safety procedures
  • Organise daily tasks efficiently, ensuring materials and equipment are ready ahead of time
  • Support general station operations as needed, including cleaning, basic cooking, supplement distribution, and equipment upkeep
  • Support in the Stock camp when needed.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with tutoring or distance education experience highly regarded
  • Strong computer literacy and confident using technology for educational and communication purposes
  • Demonstrated understanding of child development and ability to support individual learning needs
  • Hold a current QLD Blue Card and valid Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable and detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated with a mature, practical attitude and sound problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to contributing beyond core responsibilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team

Benefits

  • Self-Contained Accommodation with air conditioning
  • Grow with us - we’re all about development, training, and transfer opportunities.
