Warehouse Assistant

• Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch of materials
• Update inventory records accurately in ERP/WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA system) and maintain proper documentation
• Support timely material supply to production lines
• Assist in cycle counts and stock takes; report discrepancies or damages
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams
• Ensure proper material handling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and quality compliance
• Follow safety, housekeeping (5S), and company procedures.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification·

2-3 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing·

Basis knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse systems especially in SAP S/4HANA, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module is an added advantage

• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills·

Good written & spoken English·

Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point).
