We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our dynamic catering team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to become part of a busy catering operation, helping to deliver outstanding food and customer service to our clients, staff, and guests. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. - Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

• Serve clients, staff, and guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner - Operate tills and handle customer transactions accurately and courteously - Replenish counters, service areas, and buffet stations throughout service periods - Maintain exemplary standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow all food safety, allergen awareness, and health and safety procedures with meticulous attention - Support the catering team in the smooth day-to-day running of services, demonstrating flexibility and collaborative spirit - Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and reporting as required - Respond positively to feedback and contribute to continuous improvement within the team
• Previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential - Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team - Strong customer service focus with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional experiences - Proven ability to work effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Reliable, punctual, and organised approach to work with strong attention to detail - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to receiving feedback - Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness - Basic numeracy skills for till operation and stock management
• Physical stamina and capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks - Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required - Ability to follow instructions and procedures with precision and care
