The Posting

Night Shift Receptionist

About the role

As a Night Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring smooth front desk operations and exceptional guest service. You will welcome late arrivals, assist guests with their needs, and handle administrative and operational tasks with professionalism and care.

This role requires responsibility, attention to detail, and a calm, service-oriented mindset. If you thrive in independent work environments and enjoy supporting guests during quieter but critical hours, this role is for you.

Life Inside ZEUS Hotels & Resorts

While most of the hotel rests, your shift begins. The night hours bring a unique rhythm — peaceful at times, unpredictable at others. You’ll manage late check-ins, guest requests, safety procedures, and essential reporting that sets the tone for the next day.

You will be the steady presence that ensures everything runs smoothly until morning — providing reassurance, structure, and high-quality service at every moment.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and assist guests with late arrivals, departures, and requests
  • Manage front desk operations during the night shift
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle reservations
  • Monitor hotel premises to ensure safety and report any suspicious activity
  • Handle payments, invoices, and prepare shift reports
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update the system accordingly
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Protel)

  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

Benefits

What we offer
